INSEAD, The Business School for the World, released the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI), an annual benchmarking report that measures the ability of countries to compete for talent.
The GTCI measures how countries grow, attract and retain talent, providing a resource for decision makers to develop strategies for boosting their talent competitiveness.
From the Top 50 countries, Indonesia is not on the list. According to them, they recommend to embrace the human resources mobilities, search for international experience, nurture international networks, invest in lifelong learning and develop soft skills to increase the country’s competitiveness.
